Generate profitable sales in consultative selling model for turnkey Solutions in Building Automation (BMS), Lighting Control, Integrated Security, Access Control Systems, Fire Alarm Systems and related to 3rd party smart systems to provide fully integrated Smart Solutions.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans for Siemens Building automation systems, Security and Fire Alarm Systems.
Promote Siemens products and services to key stakeholders, including End user, Consultants, EPC Contractors and contractors.
Develop a deep understanding of the market landscape and establish strong, meaningful connections with key stakeholders to drive impactful business outcomes.
Gather and analyze market data to enhance transparency, supporting the creation of effective business growth plans and strategies.
Build and nurture strong relationships with key local and national engineering and contracting companies (including General Contractors, EPC Contractors, and MEP Contractors) to identify project opportunities and capture market share across target verticals such as Oil and Gas, Petrochemicals, healthcare, data centers, commercial real estate and higher education.
Establish relationships with key end-users in private, government, and semi-government sectors, along with major engineering design and consulting firms, to identify and influence projects from early stages
Oversee the full sales cycle, from project identification and offer compilation to contract negotiation, ensuring compliance with technical standards, managing financial risks, maintaining positive cash flow, and securing favorable terms in line with Siemens Business Guidelines
Maintain accurate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual business forecasts using tools like Salesforce and other CRM applications.
Possess strong market and domain expertise in key verticals such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Healthcare, Data Centers, Commercial Real Estate, Higher Education, and other critical applications.
Work in cooperation with other BU’s and other departments leveraging on Cross-BU Selling and leveraging Siemens Overall Brand.
Reporting to the Area sales manager, Solutions & Services, Smart Infrastructure Buildings BU, Siemens Industries, KSA.
Desired candidate profile
Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronic, Computer Science- Engineering Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable University.
7-10 years relevant experience in Sales, Solution Development in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with experience in total Building solution includes BMS, LCS, Security and Fire alarm systems for a manufacturer or channel partner in a sales role (5-7 years)
Understanding of promoting premium solution with value-selling against price driven market / competitors.
Strong know-how of Building Management, Lighting Control (KNX) and Security systems products and solutions.
Proven experience in Building Management system is must to have
Strong Saudi market knowledge of Contractors, Consultants and End-Users in Eastern Region.
Results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Good understanding of Contract Terms and Conditions as per Saudi Law.
Arabic & English Speaker.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Strong organizational and sales management skills.
