Leading, Mentoring, and developing teams, handling Energy performance contract projects.
Delivery of project results as per forecast, P&L responsibility for project.
Review of projects, identifying of risks, finalization of mitigation measures and ensuring implementation of the same.
Ensuring project deliveries within time, budget and ensuring world class customer experience.
Monitor and ensure compliance of EHS practice at site.
Develop and maintain relationship with key customers.
Manage customer escalations.

1. Project Planning and Development:
Define Project Scope: Establish the overall objectives, deliverables, and goals of the energy project, ensuring alignment with client and organizational needs.
Develop Project Plans: Create detailed project plans that include timelines, milestones, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Feasibility Studies: Conduct feasibility studies to assess the technical, economic, and environmental viability of energy projects. This may include site assessments and analyzing energy generation potential.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all projects comply with local, national, and international regulations, codes, and standards related to energy, environmental impact, and safety.
2. Resource and Budget Management:
Manage Budget: Develop and manage the project budget, ensuring that all project costs are controlled, including equipment, labor, and material costs.
Allocate Resources: Ensure the proper allocation of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, throughout the project lifecycle.
Procurement Management: Oversee the procurement process for materials, services, and contractors. Negotiate contracts, manage vendor relationships, and ensure the timely delivery of goods and services.
3. Project Execution and Monitoring:
Coordinate Teams and Stakeholders: Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, environmental specialists, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Track Progress: Monitor project timelines and performance, ensuring all milestones are met on schedule. Use project management software (like Microsoft Project, Primavera, or Trello) to track progress.
Problem Solving: Address any issues that arise during the project, whether related to design, procurement, staffing, or unforeseen technical problems.
Quality Control: Ensure that the project meets quality standards, and that all work is completed according to the project's technical specifications and industry standards.

Experience of design and installation of lighting control system
Good knowledge of different Mechanical systems installation (chillers, AHU, Package units….)

Minimum 10-years relevant experience.
Risk Management:
Identify Risks: Proactively identify and assess risks associated with the project, including technical, financial, regulatory, and environmental risks.
Develop Mitigation Plans: Develop and implement strategies to mitigate potential risks, ensuring that the project stays on track even when challenges arise.
Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Management: Ensure that the project adheres to all safety and environmental regulations. Lead initiatives to minimize health, safety, and environmental risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Stakeholder Communication and Reporting:
Regular Reporting: Provide regular progress reports to senior management, clients, and other stakeholders on the status of the project, including timelines, budget, and any challenges.
Client Liaison: Maintain communication with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns or requirements they may have throughout the project.
Collaborate with External Parties: Work with external regulatory bodies, vendors, contractors, and local authorities to ensure smooth project delivery.
