Job Title: Retention Agent Forex Company
Location: Johannesburg South Africa
Job Description:
As a Retention Agent at our wellestablished forex company based in Johannesburg you will beinstrumental in maintaining and enhancing our relationships with existing clients. Your primaryfocus will be on ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty through excellent customer service andpersonalized support.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Retention and Relationship Management: Develop and execute tailored retention strategies to maintain and enhance client
relationships. Engage with clients through various communication channels (phone email
chat) to address their needs and concerns.2. Customer Support:
Provide timely and accurate assistance to clients regarding trading platformsaccount inquiries and general tradingrelated questions.
Offer guidance on market trends and trading strategies to help clients achievetheir trading goals.
3. Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve client complaints or issues in a professional and
empathetic manner. Collaborate with internal teams to address technical issues compliance matters
or other clientrelated concerns promptly.4. Account Management:
Proactively monitor client accounts and trading activity to identify opportunities forupselling or crossselling additional products and services.
Provide personalized recommendations based on client needs and marketconditions.
5. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all client interactions and transactions comply with regulatory
requirements and company policies. Maintain accurate records of client communication and account activities for
compliance purposes.6. Performance Analysis:
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client retentionsatisfaction and revenue generation.
Identify trends and areas for improvement to enhance retention efforts.
Qualifications:
Fluent in English (written and verbal); additional language skills are a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in customer service sales or retention roles preferred. Knowledge of financial markets and forex trading is advantageous. Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment. Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
