TPF Recruitment Kent s leading accountancy practice recruitment agency is proud to support a fantastic firm of Chartered Accountants based in Sittingbourne in their search for an experienced Audit Senior Manager.
This is a fulltime permanent role offering excellent career prospects for the right candidate. The position primarily focuses on accounts and audit services with flexibility to tailor responsibilities based on your experience and career aspirations. You ll work with a diverse portfolio of clients including a significant proportion of corporate businesses across various industries with turnovers of up to 100 million and a wide range or notforprofit organisations too schools academies and charities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver highquality accountancy and audit services to a varied portfolio of ownermanaged businesses.
- Lead audits from planning through to completion ensuring compliance and delivering exceptional client service.
- Host and conduct preaudit and postaudit meetings with clients.
- Provide expert accountancy advice and support to clients as required.
- Present final draft accounts to clients in meetings.
- Lead and manage a team of qualified and partqualified accountants.
- Mentor team members reviewing their work and promoting prompt highquality delivery.
- Develop the team s skills through tailored training plans and professional development opportunities.
- Retain and nurture existing client relationships while actively building connections with prospective clients.
Requirements
- ACA/ACCA qualification or equivalent with extensive postqualification experience.
- Proven expertise in managing audits for a broad range of clients.
- Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and managing a team.
- Excellent client relationship and communication skills.
- A proactive business developmentfocused mindset.
