TPF Recruitment Kent s leading chartered accountancy practice recruitment agency is recruiting on behalf of a fast growing top 20 firm of chartered accountants in Rochester who are looking for an Audit & Accounts Senior to join their expanding team.
This role provides excellent opportunities for career development and progression along with a strong emphasis on worklife balance. Audit responsibilities will comprise up to 3050% of the role with the flexibility to take on more if desired. You will also be offered excellent accounts and tax exposure too.
As an Audit & Accounts Senior you will deliver highquality audit accounting and tax services to a varied and dynamic client base. With the audit and accounts department experiencing significant growth and ambitious plans for the future this role is ideal for a motivated individual seeking to advance their career.
The position provides genuine opportunity for career progression in audit and accounts postqualification with exposure to a mix of accounts audit and tax work. It can be tailored to align with your experience and professional aspirations.
Requirements
- You will be ACA/ACCA part qualified or qualified with a strong background in audit and accounts with demonstrable audit experience gained within a practice environment as an Audit Semi Senior/ Senior /Associate.
- Your experience will have been gained in a Top Tier/Mid Tier/Top 50 or large/medium independent accountancy practice.
- You will be able to demonstrate strong communication skills both internally and directly with clients experience of supervising others and delegation of work along with organisational skills.

ACA/ACCA studying or qualified by experience Experience in audit fieldwork, or potentially planning audits. Client-facing experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
