The Role
As an Apprentice Healthcare Recruiter you will play an integral role in our recruitment operations supporting the endtoend (360) recruitment process. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain handson experience tailored training and the potential to secure a fulltime position with clear career progression in the healthcare recruitment sector.
Requirements
- Candidate Recruitment:
- Source screen and interview candidates for placements with NHS and private healthcare providers.
- Advertise job vacancies using job boards social media and other platforms to attract suitable talent.
- Placement Coordination:
- Match candidates to roles that align with their skills and career aspirations.
- Ensure smooth and efficient candidate onboarding and placement processes.
- Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to foster trust and engagement.
- Provide ongoing support to candidates throughout their recruitment journey.
- Customer Service:
- Deliver exceptional service to candidates and clients ensuring a seamless and positive recruitment experience.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal departments including Compliance IT Payroll and Business Development to support recruitment operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to meet staffing needs efficiently and effectively.
- Candidate Pool Management:
- Maintain uptodate records of candidates and their availability.
- Regularly engage with candidates to stay informed about their preferences and career goals.
- Networking and Business Development:
Build a professional network and leverage connections to identify potential business opportunities and leads.
