Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop product launchplans marketing campaigns and promotional activities to drive product adoption and sales.Product Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement productmarketing initiatives specific to Chimneys Fans and other electrical appliances. This includesadvertising promotions events and branding activities. Ensure consistent messaging andbranding across all channels.Team Management: Lead motivate and develop the sales team focused on Consumer Durables.Set clear performance expectations provide regular feedback and conduct performanceevaluations. Foster a collaborative and highperformance team culture.Revenue Management: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics within the ConsumerDurables sector identifying trends and implementing corrective actions to ensure revenuetargets are met. Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue growth and marketshare for Chimneys Fans and related products.Field Operations: Lead by example by regularly visiting distributors and dealers in the ConsumerDurables sector. Use marketinsights to develop and adjust sales strategies for maximum impact.Qualifications and Experience:Bachelors degree in any stream or related field.
