About the Role:
Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced female Store Manager/Duty Manager to lead the daytoday operations of their store at Omaha Beach. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service manage a dynamic team and contribute to the stores strategic growth.
The ideal candidate will bring past experience in food retail strong leadership skills and a passion for driving business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and purchasing products negotiating deals with suppliers.
- Ensuring compliance with the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012.
- Delivering outstanding customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
- Leading training and motivating a team to achieve store goals.
- Managing stock levels orders and stocktakes efficiently.
- Strategically planning for business growth and development.
- Overseeing daily cash reconciliations petty cash management and banking processes.
- Executing and managing store merchandising to attract customers.
- Enforcing company policies and procedures among staff.
- Maintaining security controls for cash keys alarms and stock.
- Ensuring compliance with Occupational Health & Safety guidelines.
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving complaints professionally.
- Ensuring the store is wellpresented and encouraging repeat business.
- Managing liquor licensing requirements and adhering to regulations.
Requirements
Essential Requirements:
- Female candidates only.
- Previous experience in food retail is essential.
- Physically fit to meet the demands of the role.
- Strong written and spoken English skills.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Solid basic math skills.
- Proven customer service expertise.
- Experience in checkout operations.
3+ years of experience as a Store Manager Female candidates only. Previous experience in food retail is essential. Physically fit to meet the demands of the role. Strong written and spoken English skills.
