We are seeking a dedicated and detailoriented Data Entry & Claims Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this remote fulltime position you will play a vital role in managing and updating memberlevel records processing claims data and ensuring compliance with guidelines. You will work independently from anywhere contributing to the teams efficiency and helping meet critical deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately process and manage claims data ensuring alignment with established procedures and timelines.
- Make routine decisions based on discretion escalating significant matters as necessary.
- Maintain accurate uptodate member records confirming eligibility and effective dates for benefits.
- Apply policy provisions effectively and handle sensitive customer data with discretion and confidentiality.
- Demonstrate flexibility and responsiveness to customer needs ensuring highquality service in all tasks.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: No prior experience required. Onthejob training will be provided.
- Skills:
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision and speed.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Critical thinking and problemsolving abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
