Open Position: Account Manager (Software Company)
A software company is currently hiring Account Manager to join them in their Selangor office.
Key responsibilities include:
At least Bachelor s degree in Marketing Computer Science Information Technology Commerce or equivalent.
Resolve client complaints address their concerns and maintain a positive relationship between the parties.
Responsible for cooperating with the sales team to integrate and onboard new customers and strengthen current client relationships.
To monitor market conditions and offer price and market strategy.
Minimum of 35 years experience working in related field.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
