Your Role
We are hiring an experienced and motivated Sr. Analytical Engineer. This position requires a strong background and understanding of analytical processes and procedures. The Sr. Analytical Engineer plays a critical role in troubleshooting vendor support commissioning qualification validation decommissioning and project work. The Sr. Analytical Engineer will work with a wide variety of analytical equipment that supports manufacturing.
- Work crossfunctionally with individuals and project teams in Analytical Engineering Instrumentation and Manufacturing.
- Determine technical coverage and proper integration of different subsystems.
- Create and execute project plans and schedules.
- Develop execute and review documents qualification and validation plans and other related development documents for assigned projects.
- Provide deep technical assistance for other support staff and operators using equipment.
- Work with the analytical team to ensure uptime of equipment improve reliability coordinate troubleshooting activities with the team and vendor manage preventative maintenance spare parts SOPs and forms and help drive continuous improvement activities.
- Scope includes a wide range of devices such as Cell counters metabolite analyzers blood gas analyzers osmometers spectrophotometers endotoxin analyzers TOC analyzers and filter integrity testers.

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Biotech or engineering discipline. Previous experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry with an analytical equipment focus.
- 5 years experience with analytical processes and procedures.
- Project Lead experience from development through commissioning qualification validation and decommissioning.
- Able to travel for up to 25% to meet with clients and vendors.
- Experience in troubleshooting root cause analysis and vendor coordination.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality background to provide thorough review and approval of validation lifecycle documentation.
- Must be able to work on multiple projects in a deadline driven environment.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multidepartmental tasks and deliverables.

Adhering to the requirements of Californias law on salary transparency the salary bracket for this role is set between $95000 $120000 annually. The offered salary may be adjusted based on various factors such as the applicants qualifications skills and professional experience.
