- Develop and execute a dynamic social media strategy that showcases the beauty and functionality of premium fire bowls
- Create visually stunning content using tools like Canva and video editing software bringing the allure of luxury outdoor living to life
- Engage with potential clients in specialized Facebook groups becoming a trusted voice in pool construction and outdoor design communities
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to generate highquality leads translating social media buzz into tangible business opportunities
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics continuously refining strategies to maximize engagement and brand awareness
- Stay ahead of social media trends adapting quickly to new platforms and features that could enhance the brand s digital presence
- Respond to customer inquiries with expertise and enthusiasm embodying the brand s commitment to exceptional customer experience
- Develop and manage a content calendar that aligns with industry events seasonal trends and product launches
Requirements
- 4 years of proven track record in social media management preferably in luxury goods home improvement or B2B sectors
- Exceptional creative skills with a portfolio showcasing your ability to produce eyecatching visual content
- Proficiency in graphic design tools like Canva and video editing software
- Strong analytical skills with experience in social media metrics and reporting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences
- Selfstarter mentality with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fastpaced startup environment
- Passion for outdoor design and ability to quickly learn and articulate the technical aspects of fire bowl products
- Experience with Facebook group management and community building is a significant plus
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications or related field preferred
