Job Description
Our client is Nigeria s premier luxury real estate and construction firm a recognized leader in the property development industry. Due to expansion they are in need of a FINANCIAL INVESTMENT MANAGER
LOCATION: Lagos
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement investment strategies aligned with the company s real estate and property development objectives.
Analyze market trends economic indicators and property performance to identify lucrative investment opportunities.
Conduct thorough financial modeling forecasting and risk analysis for potential real estate projects.
Manage real estate investment portfolios balancing risk and return to achieve profitability.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to structure and negotiate financing deals for property acquisitions and developments.
Prepare detailed investment proposals business cases and feasibility studies to guide decisionmaking.
Monitor and evaluate investment performance recommending adjustments to optimize returns.
Stay updated on real estate regulations financial markets and industry best practices to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.
Lead client relationship management efforts providing investment advice and updates on portfolio performance.
Develop cash flow strategies and financial plans to support property acquisitions and developments.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics Business administration or a related field (Masters degree is a plus).
45 years Proven experience in financial investment management
Strong knowledge of financial modeling investment analysis and portfolio management.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
Strong negotiation communication and presentation skills.
