You will handle email chat and escalation support ensuring smooth communication and effective issue resolution. Your role is vital in delivering a seamless experience to our clients and maintaining strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Be the primary point of contact for client inquiries providing timely and effective solutions.
Manage email chat and escalations with professionalism and empathy.
Build and maintain strong client relationships understanding their needs and challenges.
Become a product expert by quickly learning vFulfill s tools and solutions and handling all technical queries with confidence.
Collaborate with internal teams to address client feedback and drive continuous improvement.
Monitor client engagement to identify opportunities for enhanced value and support.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor s degree in any field.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Problemsolving skills with a proactive mindset.
