We are seeking an AIDriven Communications and Correspondence Lead to manage and enhance all aspects of communication ensuring professionalism clarity and alignment with business objectives for clients partners stakeholders and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Communication Strategy & Management:
Develop and implement communication strategies tailored to B2B and B2C markets.
Maintain consistent messaging across all correspondence ensuring alignment with brand identity and tone.
Client Partner and Stakeholder Correspondence:
Draft review and manage external communication including emails proposals reports and official letters.
Ensure timely and accurate responses to client and partner inquiries.
Handle sensitive communications with discretion and professionalism.
AIEnhanced Correspondence:
Leverage AI tools to draft and refine professional communication.
Implement AIdriven solutions to automate repetitive communication tasks while maintaining a personal touch.
Internal Communication:
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment in communication project updates and client deliverables.
Prepare concise and impactful internal memos newsletters and updates.
Social Media and Public Communication:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content for social media posts press releases and public statements.
Monitor and respond to comments messages and inquiries on social media platforms.
Performance Monitoring:
Track and analyze the effectiveness of communication efforts across all channels.
Provide regular reports and recommendations for improving communication processes.
MultiBrand Correspondence Management:
Manage communication needs for up to 4 brands with a base compensation of 40000 KES.
Oversee additional brands at 10000 KES per brand up to a maximum of 8 brands.
Adapt communication strategies to meet the unique requirements of each brand.
Conflict Resolution & Escalation:
Act as the primary point of contact for resolving communicationrelated issues.
Escalate complex concerns to appropriate stakeholders while ensuring transparency.
Training & Knowledge Sharing:
Train team members on effective communication practices including email etiquette and AI tools.
Stay updated on AI and communication trends to recommend innovative practices.
Education: Degree in Communications Public Relations Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Experience:
3 years in communications correspondence management or a related role.
Proven ability to manage communication across B2B and B2C markets.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with AI tools for writing and correspondence
Familiarity with project management tools for coordinating communication workflows.
Basic knowledge of CRM systems (e.g. Zoho CRM) for managing client correspondence.
Soft Skills:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to handle highpressure situations with professionalism and tact.
Compensation:
Base: 40000 KES for managing correspondence for up to 4 brands.
Additional: 10000 KES per extra brand up to a maximum of 8 brands.
Hours: Fulltime 8:00 AM 5:00 PM.
Contract:
Initial duration: 3 months renewable based on performance and AI integration progress.
