We are seeking proactive and resultoriented Sales Executives to join the DIYguru team in Pune. The Sales Executive will be responsible for converting student inquiries into enrollments conducting outreach at colleges and building strong relationships with potential students parents and educational institutions. This role is critical in achieving the revenue and enrollment targets for the Pune branch and EV Lab.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
1. Student Inquiries and Conversion:
- Handle inbound inquiries (walkins calls and online leads) and provide detailed information about workshops certifications and EV Lab offerings.
- Address queries and concerns of students and parents to assist in decisionmaking.
- Follow up on leads to maximize enrollment conversions.
2. Outreach and Presentations:
- Conduct outreach activities at colleges universities and EVrelated events.
- Deliver presentations to student groups to showcase DIYgurus programs and benefits.
- Distribute promotional materials (brochures flyers) and set up inquiry desks during outreach visits.
3. Lead Management:
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries leads and conversions using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure followups on leads generated through campaigns.
- Track and report daily/weekly sales performance to the Center Manager.
4. Relationship Building:
- Build rapport with educational institutions and act as a liaison between DIYguru and colleges.
- Foster longterm relationships with students to encourage referrals.
5. Target Achievement:
- Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
- Contribute to achieving the branch revenue goal of 30 Lakhs/month starting April 2025.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Number of leads converted to enrollments (minimum 20 per week).
- Daily inquiries handled ( 10 inquiries/day).
- Monthly revenue contribution from enrollments.
- Outreach events conducted and partnerships secured.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
- 13 years of sales experience preferably in the education sector.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and lead tracking systems.
- Ability to travel for outreach activities within Pune and nearby regions.
