We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead the marketing efforts for DIYguru s Pune branch. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for designing executing and managing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive student enrollments build brand awareness and achieve revenue targets. - Organize outreach programs at engineering colleges to promote workshops certifications and the EV Lab.
- Coordinate open house events seminars and webinars to showcase DIYguru s offerings.
- Develop promotional materials including brochures flyers posters and standees to support marketing campaigns.
- Establish partnerships with colleges and industry players to increase brand visibility.
3. Content Creation and Management:
- Oversee the creation of engaging content including blogs case studies videos and social media posts.
- Collaborate with the technical team to create workshop demos success stories and EVrelated educational content.
4. Market Research and Strategy:
- Conduct market research to identify trends target audience behavior and competitive analysis.
- Develop marketing strategies to increase engagement and reach specific revenue and enrollment goals.
5. Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Supervise a small team of marketing associates and freelancers for graphic design video production and content writing.
- Work closely with the sales technical training and administrative teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
