Job Description
- Establish and maintain quality assurance standards procedures and controls.
- Coordinate receiving inspection inprocess and final inspection.
- Work directly with Manufacturing to schedule and control inspection activities and to enforce requirements as specified by raw materials ingredients products and package specifications and regulatory agencies.
- Supervise and train all Inspection Personnel to Commercial and Military Specifications.
- Review and approves test data repair evaluations certificates of compliance and other customer required documentation.
- Responsible for final disposition of discrepancy reports material correction notices and source inspection reports.
- Responsible for MRB action. Coordinates between Engineering Design and Drafting Test Manufacturing and Purchasing.
- Make provisions for Government or customer source inspection when required.
- Coordinate Quality Control and training between the company and other facilities.
- Initiate the shipping process for final products. Review and approve shipping documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor s Degree or equivalent
- Certified IPC Specialist to JSTD001 and/or IPCA610.
- Experience working in an ISO 9001 environment.
- Excellent communications skills teamwork and problemsolving skills
- Costpoint ERP systems Microsoft Office proficiency

10 years experience in quality assurance and 5+ years supervisory/management experience. Certified IPC Specialist to J-STD-001 and/or IPC-A-610. Experience working in an ISO 9001 environment. Education
Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field.
