Manage prospective customers/clients as may be assigned.
Create and be accountable for all client proposals contracts and any further documentation in accordance with the company s standard procedure.
Onboard SME and Enterprise clients.
Manage and maintain sales pipelines and ensure all sales administration is up to date.
Develop new business relationships.
Actively and successfully manage the sales process: lead generation; credentials pitch; asking questions; solutions pitch; negotiation and deals closure.
Resolve customer issues and complaints speedily to maximize satisfaction and retention.
Prepare sales and other reports as may be required.
Participate in strategy reviews strategy development and the implementation thereof.
Requirements
HND/B.Sc in any relevant field.
Minimum 2 years of IT sales experience
Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
