Job Description :
- Scrutiny of documents
- Completion of document verification as per agreed TAT
- Ensuring approvals are taken as per delegation matrix.
- Maintenance of customer masters in the CMS system.
- Client coordination over phone to understand the requirement and query resolution if any.
- Form filling and get the signed docs from customer for onboarding.
- Liaising with Product sales managers / Service solution group for resolution and improvement of First Pass Ratio.
- Timely completion of client setup and sending welcome letters to the corporates/Sales team
- Ensuring timely & accurate submission of MIS and should be good in analytics.
- Coordination with other stakeholders like CMS Servicing/Payments PSM RM LCCBSG IT etc
- Assisting PSM/Branch/Client for prompt closure of issues.
- Calling customers for activation and processing.
- Followup as necessary. Number of client onboarded Monitored as targets.
- Analysing the requirements &liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Should always be ready to accept new challenges and carry a positive attitude.
- Conducting training for internal and external colleagues.
- Encouraging and creating a positive & conducive environment for team members to work excel and grow.
- Inward and Outward Cheque verification in vendor system.
- Coordination with branches/inter departments and other banks for handling queries and settlements.
- Physical cheques checking with HOCDL report.
- Transfer cheque processing.
- Maintaining daily MIS
- Client coordination over the phone to understand requirements and query resolution if any
- Coordinating with Vendor and record management team
- Inward & Outward returns processing.
- Outward cheque return dispatch and coordinating with branch and courier agencies.
- Managing RTO from courier.
- IPO ASBA application processing and sign verification. (M2/M3)
- Monitoring payee name differ and resolving branch queries (M2/M3)
- Accounting entries in Finacle. (M2/M3)
- Should have at least 35 year experience in operations. (M2/M3)
- Should have experience in team handling and vendor agency coordination. (M2/M3)
- Good communication skills.
- Knowledge of Ms Office/Excel (Vlook up) will be an added advantage.
- Should be proficient in NI act and CTS guidelines. (M2/M3)
- Should be able to handle audit and compliance for the Location. (M2/M3)
Requirements
- Minimum Graduation required.
- Basic Knowledge of Banking function
- Well Versed with Office Automation Like word Excel Power Point
- Speed Accuracy & Proactive thinking in the processing of Clearing Transaction.
- High level of Commitment and be able to Multi task
- Should be an excellent coordinator as the position will need you to interact with Various branches other stake holders and within the bank
- Should have worked in Finacle and have about two to three years of experience in Finacle.
- Should have very good communication Skills
- Flexible to day or night shift work. This will be a rotational shift job
Job Requirements
- Knowledge of banking operations (Basic knowledge of CMS would be preferred)
- Graduate with minimum 23 years of Banking experience
- Understanding of New age Digital products
- Should be good in MSExcel MSword & Outlook.
- Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment

- Should be able to analyse business trends and have foresight for planning ahead. Strong communication (Oral and Written) & Networking Skills.
