Job Description

The successful candidate will be a wellorganised selfmotivated worker with a high degree of tenacity for solving technical problems and carry out basic instrumental trouble shooting. Youll be a consummate professional positive role model good communicator a mentor and a prospective leader good attention to detail and keep meticulous records of analytical work. You should have the ability to question and improve upon current processes within the laboratory.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze samples like overthecounter medicines antibiotics and herbal products using advanced techniques such as HPLC GC and UV spectroscopy.
  • Develop and validate analytical methods to support our innovative projects.
  • Mentor and guide team members sharing your expertise to help them grow.
  • Ensure safety practices are followed and laboratory standards are maintained.
  • Troubleshoot analytical challenges and find creative solutions.
  • Your work will play a key role in shaping the future of our drug development efforts. Every day youll collaborate with crossfunctional teams to overcome challenges and move projects forward

Qualifications :

  • A degree in Chemistry (or a related field) with practical experience in techniques like HPLC GC and IR spectroscopy or equivalent experience.
  • Handson expertise in method development and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of quality standards like ISO 17025 and GMP.
  • A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.
  • A passion for mentoring and helping others succeed.
