Home Instead Perth is seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Professionals to join our team based in Blairgowrie. As a Care Professional you will provide highquality personcentred care and support to older adults in the comfort of their own homes.
About the Role:
As a Care Professional at Home Instead Perth you will play a key role in delivering exceptional care to individuals who need support with everyday tasks ensuring their wellbeing and quality of life. You will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships promote independence and offer emotional support to clients in your local community.
Responsibilities Include:
- Providing personal care (e.g. dressing bathing and grooming)
- Assisting with mobility and physical activities
- Offering companionship and emotional support
- Helping with light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Supporting medication reminders and managing appointments
- Promoting clients independence dignity and respect
Who Were Looking For:
- Previous experience in care is beneficial but not essential full training will be provided
- A kind and compassionate nature with a desire to make a positive impact
- Strong communication skills and reliability
- A willingness to learn and follow care plans
- Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team
- A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle
