New year new you Are you a people person looking for a new rewarding role that doesnt feel like work At Home Instead we are looking for new Morning Care Assistants to join our amazing team and support our clients to remain living within their own homes.
As a Morning Care Assistant your role will involve supporting clients with their daily routines supporting with administering medication help with personal care taking people out to their appointments and so much more.

We can be flexible to work around your own work/life balance and hours can be parttime or fulltime.
No experience No problem!
We provide an enhanced training programme so you are ready and trained for the role and we support you throughout your journey. We also allocate you a mentor so you have someone you can touch base with when you start.
As a Morning Care Assistant we can offer you:
- 12.75 to 13.75 per hour and bank holiday rates of 25.50 per hour
- Paid travel time and mileage between your visits
- Variety of hours available to work around your lifestyle
- Minimum 1 hour visits with regular clients giving you a chance to build a relationship with those you visit

What do we require from you
A genuine desire to support our clients to remain happy and healthy at home. We need you to be aged 18 or over and be able to work an alternate weekend. Due to the nature of the role a full driving licence and access to a vehicle is also desired.
