Role Overview:
As a Financial Advisor with them you will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial advisory services to clients while adhering to regulatory standards and company policies. Responsibilities:
- Contacting clients and setting up meetings either within an office environment or in clients homes or business premises.
- Conducting indepth financial reviews and analyses for clients to assess their current financial situation goals and risk tolerance.
- Producing financial reports.
- Developing customized financial strategies and plans tailored to meet the individual needs and objectives of clients.
- Communicating complex financial concepts and recommendations to clients in a clear concise and understandable manner.
- Maintaining ongoing relationships with clients to provide ongoing support guidance and updates on their financial matters.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends regulatory changes and new financial products to ensure the delivery of relevant and uptodate advice.
- Collaborating with other professionals such as estate agents solicitors and accountants to provide holistic financial solutions for clients.
- Meeting or exceeding revenue targets and performance metrics set by the company.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements including disclosure obligations costs of services provided and recommended products.
- Participating in ongoing training and professional development activities to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Contacting clients with news of new financial products or changes to legislation that may affect their savings and investments.
- Meeting the regulatory aspects of the role including requirements for disclosure costs of the services provided and advised products.
- Maintaining suitable qualifications and completing Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
Qualifications :
Requirements:
- Qualified to level 4 minimum: UK DipPFS/Cyprus CySEC Advanced or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of financial sales experience.
- Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and client satisfaction metrics.
- Interest in providing longterm ethical services.
- Careerminded attitude.
- Willingness to relocate or work remotely as needed.
