Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

Patrolling and monitoring workplaces to guard property against theft and vandalism, monitoring entry points to workplaces, maintaining order and covering the race. Receiving and guiding visitors, guests and visitors.

Main tasks:

Monitoring entry and exit to the facility, issuing permits, verifying and recording the identity of suppliers and visitors, and issuing entry permits to them.

Patrolling workplaces, inspecting gates and doors.

Circumferencing visitors and employees during race times to maintain order, protect and cover the field and property, and disseminate regulations in the club.

Responding to alarms, investigating incidents immediately, contacting fire, ambulance or police departments, and informing management.

Adhering to health, safety and environmental policies and procedures.

Organizing and maintaining parking lots.

. Patrolling and Monitoring:
Foot and Vehicle Patrols: Security guards conduct regular patrols on foot or in vehicles to monitor for suspicious activity or security breaches. This includes checking gates, doors, windows, and perimeters for signs of tampering.
Monitoring Surveillance Systems: Many security guards are responsible for watching security camera feeds in control rooms, ensuring there are no security threats or unauthorized activities occurring on the premises.
Detecting Suspicious Behavior: Actively observe and report any suspicious individuals, actions, or items that could pose a risk to safety.
Access Control:
Checking Identification: Security guards often monitor entry points, verifying the identity of individuals entering a building, event, or secure area. They may ask for identification or passcodes and ensure that only authorized personnel are allowed access.
Issuing Visitor Badges: In some settings, security guards may issue badges or passes to visitors, keeping track of who is entering or leaving the premises.
Monitoring Entry and Exit Points: Ensure that all doors and gates are properly secured and that unauthorized persons do not enter or exit the premises.
Incident Response:
