Qualify, develop, propose and close deals for a broad range of services and solutions withinMiddle East and Africa Regions.
Responsible for preparing requested reports and keeping customers’ records
Comply to Alkan CIT Group’s strategies, to ensure meeting the annual sales target of the assigned accounts
Create technical presentations and ensure that it satisfies the client needs in terms of quality, price and delivery
Provide technical advice to customers on all aspects of the installation and use of computer systems and networks
Ensure good quality of services by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications and other features of QSIT systems and processes, and documenting them
Network and follow up with the existing customers to maintain good relationships and links with these customers and promote additional products and upgrades
