Job Description
- Ensure that Alkan CIT group’s Financial systems are up to date, compliant and support current activities and future growth
- Take ultimate responsibility for the company cash management policies
- Manage Alkan CIT group’s policiesregarding capital requirements, debt, taxation, equity, disposalsand acquisitions, as appropriate
- Follow up on Alkan CIT group’s Financial position in a constant manner and act to prevent problems
- Set targets for and supervise all accounting and Finance managers
- Prepare timely and detailed reports on financial performance on a quarterly and annual basis
- Provide regular performance management for subordinates including (Feedback, Coaching, career development, and disciplinary actions).
- Overseecommercial decision making from tender analysis, margin analysis, pricing analysis
- Advise and implement best practice methods to increase revenue and reduce costs.
- Manage the essential Procurement & Logistics processes technical & commercial -domestic & international projects
