Job Description
As the Regional Delivery Lead you will play a central role in overseeing and managing the delivery capabilities for your region. This involves inspiring and leading a talented team of Project Managers mentoring them to achieve their full potential and ensuring that the teams efforts align with strategic goals. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
In this role you will also be responsible for the successful delivery of projects and programs ensuring they meet or exceed delivery margins and drive exceptional client satisfaction. Your ability to manage resources effectively and focus on results will be key in achieving these outcomes.
Working closely with our Markets teams you will act as a trusted advisor to clients diving deep into their pain points and offering innovative solutions. Youll play a vital role in presales efforts leveraging your consulting expertise to craft winning strategies and ensure seamless execution.
Looking to the future youll shape the regions delivery capabilities to meet evolving needs. By building and scaling resources and frameworks youll lay the groundwork for longterm success and growth within the region.
Qualifications :
- Extensive experience in project and program management ideally within a clientfacing or consulting environment
- Proven track record of managing delivery teams and driving successful outcomes across complex projects
- Strong people management skills with experience mentoring and developing Project Managers
- Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding abilities for engaging with clients and stakeholders
- Detailoriented with financial acumen able to maintain delivery margins and manage budgets effectively
- Problemsolving skills and adaptability with the ability to make decisions under pressure
- Strategic mindset with a focus on delivering impactful results and aligning projects with broader company goals
