Right now we are looking for a Market Specific Leader for RA Food Services.
About the job
As a Market Specific Leader you play a key role in our quest to improve our market relevance by supporting the core range and by generating extraordinary growth and great customer experience. By listening to and understanding the needs of the consumer in each market develop complementary and competitive market relevant range still following our principles of Democratic Design and our IKEA Identity.
We are looking for you who have both curiosity and insights into the needs and dreams of consumers and with an entrepreneurial approach. You have a knowledge and understanding of retail in our different markets. As a Market Specific Leader you use requests and input from retail and category to support the retailers in cocreating and securing a locally relevant offer and contributing to the global IKEA business.
You are responsible for leading growing and optimizing the marketspecific within the range area thereby contributing extraordinary growth and speed to the market. You identify new business opportunities by working in close collaboration with the countries market clusters range and the commercial team. Opportunities that not only will create marketspecific growth but also will challenge and optimize the total development plan for Food Services.
In alignment with the Range Team and the Development Teams you ensure that the Market Specific Range will deliver complementary range and extra growth in relation to the running range.
Furthermore you will be responsible for:
- Find and meet the common needs today and tomorrow whilst staying true to our brand identity.
- Maintaining and refreshing the Market Specific Range from a supply quality and trend development perspective
- Securing IKEA unique identity and Democratic Design in each product
About you
To be successful in your role you need to understand the complete value chain whilst collaborating with RA Food Services Range and Commercial teams as well as working closely with the markets. You have a good eye for commerciality food and IKEA identity what will create exceptional growth now and in the future. Assessing projects with Democratic Design IKEA Range Strategy and IKEA Identity in mind. You have good project management skills and are quick to make decisions and have a great ability to create action and make things move by inspiring and influencing others a true entrepreneur!
