Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead our One Account One Profile (OAOP) initiative a highimpact program requiring significant crossteam collaboration across multiple stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex webbased solutions and driving largescale programs to successful completion in fastpaced agile environments.
Responsibilities
Program Management: Plan and manage a largescale program consisting of multiple interrelated projects involving half a dozen or more teams/groups. Ensure ontime delivery and highquality outcomes.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders and crossfunctional teams (engineering product UX and science). Provide regular status updates and align stakeholders on program goals.
Risk Mitigation: Identify assess and proactively address program risks. Develop and implement mitigation strategies to ensure program success.
Leadership and Mentorship: Support and mentor junior program managers. Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Project Execution: Build and manage large program/project plans track efforts to completion and define success metrics to measure outcomes.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Experience:
Significant crossteam/organization program management involving at least half a dozen teams/groups.
Experience working on B2C or B2B webbased solutions (not internal enterprise implementations).
At least 6 years in a program management role with a strong understanding of PMO methodologies product lifecycle and stakeholder management.
Skills:
Demonstrated ability to build and manage large program/project plans and drive efforts to completion.
Comfortable communicating technical concepts to business stakeholders and vice versa.
Proficient in Agile/lean methodologies including Scrum or Kanban.
Metricsdriven with the ability to define and track success measures for programs.
Strong interpersonal motivational and conflictresolution skills.
Education:
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent experience preferred.
