Job Description

In this role you will lead our restaurant operations ensuring luxury service culinary excellence and an unforgettable dining experience for our guests. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of restaurant management a commitment to delivering exceptional service and the ability to elevate our culinary offerings. The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in the hospitality industry and a proven track record of success in leading multiunit restaurant or outlet teams.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for all restaurants/outlets aligning with the companys vision and goals.
  • Lead a team of restaurant managers and team members providing guidance training and support to ensure outstanding service and guest satisfaction.
  • Work service in all outlets to ensure that an exemplary level of service standards is being maintained and the highest level of food beverage and ambiance are being provided.
  • Continuously improve and implement structure organization systems processes.  
  • Lead scheduling training recruitment hiring of restaurant management and staff.
  • Analyze financials of all outlets in order to increase sales and profitability.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to enhance menu offerings ensuring creativity quality and profitability.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with vendors suppliers and partners to ensure the highest quality of ingredients and services.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in fine dining operations in a luxury environment; F&B management experience highly preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Indepth knowledge of restaurant operations finance culinary trends and hospitality best practices.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and implement effective strategies.
