About the role and practice
If youre a patientfocused Treatment Coordinator looking for a rewarding role in a friendly and professional environment look no further than Truro Portman Smile Clinic Truro practice in Truro.
Working pattern is Monday Tuesday Thursday Friday
Typical shifts are 8 am5pm 32 hours per week.
At this friendly 3surgery specialist Orthodontic practice we care for both NHS and private patients.
About you
We welcome your application to our Treatment Coordinator vacancy if you have the following skills and qualifications:
Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator or Patient Care Advisor. We also welcome your application if you have sales experience gained in a customerfacing environment
A positive attitude empathy and the ability to communicate well with patients and colleagues
Passionate about building great relationships with patients and colleagues and providing exceptional standards of care
