Job Description

Reports to: Manager
Grade: D0:03
Hours: 4 Hours per Week
Wage Range: $26.76  $33.45 per hour (To commensurate with experience and consistent with UHN compensation policy)
Status: Temporary PartTime (January 2 2026)
Closing Date: January 27 2025

Job Summary:

The Joint Department of Medical Imaging (JDMI) at UHN one of the largest academic medical imaging department in Canada! With 750000 exams annually we set the standard for clinical excellence. Our cuttingedge digital technology and dedicated team of 700 staff and 90 specialized radiologists prioritize patient care and exceptional image quality. The JDMI is committed to ongoing education and quality assurance initiatives and is fully affiliated with the University of Toronto and the Michener Institute of Education.

Duties:

  • Data entry from radiology procedure reports for quality assurance and research purposes
  • Assists In the maintenance of electronic and paper data management systems
  • Coordinates necessary data flow both internally as well as externally with collaborators from other sites.
  • May assist in interpretation of results and preparation of material for presentation publication and/or grants.
  • May maintain regulatory documents
  • May participate in department review of data collection strategies

Qualifications :

  • At minimum completion of a bachelors degree in science or recognized equivalent required
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word PowerPoint) required
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and organizational skills required
  • Experience with REDCap an asset
  • Strong selfdirected learning skills ability to work independently and with others will be considered an asset
  • Experience using common research databases such as PubMed and reference management software an asset
  • Experience with Radiology Information Systems is preferred
  • Committed to continuous learning and improvement
