Multimedia Technician
This is a contract opportunity.
This is an onsite opportunity in Massachusetts.
About this Position
Were looking for a Multimedia Technician to join our team and assist faculty students and staff in the use and care of classroom multimedia. Youll be responsible for setting up troubleshooting and maintaining AV equipment in classrooms and labs to ensure smooth operations. Job Responsibilities
Support faculty students and staff with multimedia equipment including video projection audio systems and digital video capture.
Assist with projecting teaching materials from sources like PowerPoint Keynote Google Sheets and YouTube.
Communicate promptly and professionally with instructors staff and students.
Follow directives from team leaders and staff on assignments and protocols.
Coordinate and assist in setting up AV equipment for courses and events ensuring timely recordings.
Maintain and troubleshoot AV equipment ensuring highquality audio and video recording.
Transport set up and strike AV equipment in classrooms and labs.
Provide coverage for colleagues and assist with scheduling as needed.
Job Skills/Requirements
A minimum of two years of college or technical school education.
Working knowledge of audio video and multimedia technologies.
Proficient in computer hardware software and connecting to external devices.
Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills.
Ability to troubleshoot basic audio and video equipment issues.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
Additional Information
Onsite role based in Massachusetts.
Flexible schedule with shift coordination and coverage for absences.

Pay Range
Pay Range: $24.48 44.80/hour
