Job Description
Are you a dynamic individual with a passion for sales and customer service Were seeking an enthusiastic Rental Sales Agent to join our team in Newark United States. In this role youll be the face of our company creating exceptional rental experiences for our diverse clientele while maximizing sales opportunities. Hourly rate $20.40/hr.
- Provide topnotch customer service greeting clients and addressing their rental needs with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Expertly showcase our rental inventory highlighting features and benefits to match customer preferences
- Process rental agreements ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently
- Upsell additional products and services to enhance customer experience and increase revenue
- Manage vehicle checkout and checkin processes including inspections and condition reports
- Handle customer inquiries resolve issues and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized rental facility ensuring a positive impression for customers
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Stay updated on company policies promotions and industry trends to provide informed recommendations to customers
- Assist with basic vehicle maintenance tasks and coordinate with the maintenance team as needed
Qualifications :
- Proven sales talent with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent customer service skills and experience in a customerfacing role
- Strong communication abilities both verbal and written
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record (minimum 12 months of experience)
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn rental management software
- Knowledge of rental industry practices and policies (preferred)
- Problemsolving skills and ability to make quick decisions in a fastpaced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for creating great customer experiences
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
