Job Description

At present we have an exciting opportunity as a permanent fulltime role available as a Corporate Services Assistant in our Wollongong office where you will be the front of house receptionist.

Forming part of the KPMG Wollongong team this role will play a key role in being the face of our Wollongong office by:

  • Building relationships with our clients and staff providing a positive KPMG experience

  • Previous experience in an administration support role
  • Experience interacting with the public either face to face and/or over the phone
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and forward thinking
  • Initiative and a proactive approach to learning and daytoday tasks
  • A willingness to support your colleagues and get involved in things outside the scope of your role

 

Your Key responsibilities

Based in our corporate reception you will be involved in but not limited to:

  • Greeting and building relationships with clients providing a positive KPMG experience
  • General reception duties including answering and directing calls incoming and outgoing mail booking couriers scanning and filing
  • Manage meeting room bookings video conferencing and AV assistance
  • Manage and coordinate office facilities keeping the office neat and tidy
  • Provide support and work closely with the administration team and wider office as required
  • Keeping systems up to date
  • Organising catering of internal events and assist with other events where required
  • Processing of office accounts
