TRADE MARKETING CAMPAIGN DEVELOPMENT EXECUTION & MANAGEMENT
- Lead plan and execute Trade Marketing campaigns working collaboratively with internal stakeholders.
- Brief and manage external partners (graphic designers and print agencies) ensuring all execution is to premium standard and to brand guidelines.
- Work with Field Team to ensure the Field Sales Representatives have all tools required to successfully execute Trade Marketing activity.
- Facilitation of large customer POS rollouts involving close collaboration with Account Managers and external stakeholders.
- Execute all Trade Marketing campaigns on time and within budget. Share key Trade Marketing priorities for the trimester with Field team during Mission Planning meetings.
LEAD OUR COOLER AND POSM PORTFOLIO STRATEGY
- Be well versed in our cooler suite visibility tools and temporary and permanent POSM suites understanding the different models available and whats currently in development with HQ and relevant to the Australian market.
- Daytoday management of coolers & POSM including queries from the field team and national sales teams.
- Be the Off Premise point of contact for all 3PLs involved with our coolers and POSM.
- Work closely with Operations & 3PLs to effectively manage logistics requirements and SOH levels around the country.
- Be the Off Premise lead for the Red Bull Garage app; encouraging use of the platform throughout the wider team communicating new updates training new team members and liaising with third party suppliers to manage any complaints.
- Develop a strategy to maximise the use of our digital assets in market.
DEVELOPMENT AND EXPANSION OF OUR ALWAYS ON POS PROGRAM
- Work with Marketing and Sales teams to identify key focus occasions to include in the Always On program setting the 12month strategy for Off Premise.
- Liaise with Brand team to identify creative options for POS.
- Development of POS suites for each occasion ensuring items are contextually relevant.
- Identify what training is required for Strikers to ensure Always On POS is being executed in market as intended.
DELIVER BEST IN CLASS TRADE SHOWS
- Work with Account Managers to develop yearly trade show calendar.
- Develop bestinclass trade show stands across all customers aligned to Red Bull and retailer strategic priorities.
- Where required manage the bump in and out of trade show stands.
- Manage trade show assets creation ensuring they align to guidelines and are executed within budget.
Qualifications :
- Tertiary qualifications such as Marketing Degree is preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience within Trade Marketing or Brand Marketing.
- Possesses a natural flair for creativity with an innovative result orientated attitude and an eye for detail.
- Previous experience briefing managing third party suppliers and agency partners.
- Experience in working with and executing in Grocery and/or Impulse retailers.
- Previous experience creating brandspecific POS merchandising and visibility tools.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) including presentation and training skills.
- Strong understanding on how Trade Tools are utilised to increase brand visibility and sales.
