• Responsible for mech concept study  requirement analysis and SOR development
• Responsible for mech. structure design related to power module layout EMC shielding and other electronic rules compliance  (creeping distance insulation distance)
• Responsible for 2D 3D drawings and process related development.
• Responsible for mech . simulation(FEA)
• Prepare related products FMEA Focus matrix
• Responsible for technical review and communication with customers and suppliers;
• Support quality department to solve outsourcing quality problems and customer quality issues;

Qualifications :

• Masters degree or above major in mechanical design electrical engineering or electromechanical;
• Deep understanding of the future technical direction of power electronic products in the automotive industry familiar with industry technology trends;
• Understanding of related tooling application Ansys  ProE UG
• Experience in power electronics mech. development for automotive motor controller
• Strong communication skills good teamwork and good at coordinating internal and external resources
• Passion for work strong execution strong independent work ability and innovation;
• Good English Language Skills both English literature and fluent discussion
