Job Description
IT RBHPIT workplace
Support and manage local IT infrastructure support local business digital transformation and provide IT workplace related services for RBHP local users
Roles and Responsibilities
- Interface between local users and central departments for different infrastructure topics as servers (virtual and physical) storage DBs routers switches Access Points etc.
- React to IT incident on IT Infrastructure and support investigation measures and prevention.
- Work with plant IT in Manufacturing representative (LocalITM) in term of IT in Manufacturing activities.
- Close contact w/ customer conduct or coordinate the business needs fulfillment.
- Provide IT consulting service to internal customer in office area.
- Support in local small IT activities or central rollout projects in scope of BD/SLPCE2.
- Daytoday support and administer IT workplace service (ITFM computer MPS printer IT spare parts).
- Support IT cost management and optimization.
- Support BCSC Software operation and maintenance.

Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience (information technology preferred)
- 5 years IT relevant working experience in international enterprise.
- Experience in LAN implementation and administration of switches routers firewalls servers and DB.
- Experience with ITILProcesses (Incident Problem Change and Configuration Management)
- Highly motivated target oriented and able to work independently.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Good in English writing and speaking.
- Project management experience is a plus
- Cisco CCNA certifications is a plus.
- Coding (RPA Python etc) skill is a plus.
- Experience with HTML5/JavaScript(frontend technology) is a plus.
- Experience with Java/MySQL/redis (backend technology) is a plus.
