Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Product Manager to define product vision roadmaps and growth opportunities.
- Act as a Product Owner within the Agile team managing the product backlog prioritizing tasks based on business impact and guiding the team through each sprint.
- Translate business needs into detailed technical requirements for implementation by the development team.
- Coordinate project activities ensuring that all projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget.
- Facilitate communication between project stakeholders and the development team to ensure clear understanding of objectives and deliverables.
- Assess the feasibility of new systems and enhancements to existing systems.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Lead the planning and review sessions to monitor progress and resolve any issues the team may encounter.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies and analyze their potential benefits to the business.
Qualifications :
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst Technical Coordinator or a similar role in software development.
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies especially in the role of Product Owner.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to translate complex technical details into clear business concepts.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
- Experience in stakeholder management and negotiation.
- Strong analytical and project management skills with a demonstrated ability to push projects over the finish line.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Business Administration or related field.
Desirable:
- Experience with specific industry domain knowledge relevant to the projects.
- Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar.
