Job Description
Our client is one of the biggest production companies based in Wodonga VIC. We are seeking a Receptionist to join Sodexos corporate team.
This is an interactive role where you will be the first point of contact for Clients and the internal team. Your dutieswill include managing visitor records and meeting room bookings AV support placing catering orders meeting room setups and cleanups controlling inventory ordering coordinating visitors passes and arranging passes for new employees. Additionally we seek someone with a flexible attitude to work in postal services in a relief capacity; such duties covering freight administration ordering and dispatch of deliveries on site.
Who we are looking for :
- Highend customer service skills with a confident and bubbly personality
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
- Solid administration skills
- Extensive computer skills across all basic programs and confidence with technology
- Professionally presented
- Experience in similar reception works roles.
- Australian Residency for tax purposes
- 23 Years experience in this type of position
- Must have extraordinary timemanagement and multitasking skills
- Ability to work unsupervised at times and can confidently make decisions in a busy workplace
