Job Summary:
We are seeking to hire a motivated and enthusiastic Human Resource Intern to support our HR department in a variety of tasks related to employee management recruitment and office administration. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain handson experience and develop skills in HR practices while contributing to the smooth operation of our HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the onboarding and orientation of new employees to ensure a smooth transition.
- Manage and track employee leave records ensuring accurate and uptodate information.
- Contribute to building a positive company culture by organizing celebrations like birthdays
- and supporting employee happiness initiatives.
- Maintain accurate filing and paperwork for employee records ensuring compliance with
- internal policies and procedures.
- Respond to employee queries in coordination with the HR Projects Manager and Business
- Partners providing support where needed.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by your managers to support the overall HR team.
Requirements
- At least 6 months of experience in HR or administrative roles.
- Degree or Diploma in Human resource Management

Bachelor s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. CPA K or CFA certification 10 years of proven experience working as a Finance Manager or Financial Controller in a busy Manufacturing Environment. In-depth knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations, including financial reporting standards GAAP/IFRS, and tax laws. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data, conduct financial analysis, and provide strategic insights. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting. Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. Proficiency in using financial software, ERP systems, WMS, and advanced spreadsheet applications. Knowledge and appreciation of internal controls, finance, or risk management Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing finance team. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with relevant stakeholders Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
