Job Description

This is a remote position.

This is an exciting opportunity to grow and shape brands to become global leaders in their categories!

If you enjoy building and operating brands with a mix of creativity and analytical excellence this role will provide a high level of autonomy to manage and grow a portfolio of brands and products.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage daytoday operations while also contributing to the longterm growth and success of the brand. You will work closely with the Senior Brand Manager guide the team and ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • P&L Management & Performance Growth:
  • Contribute to the P&L by driving revenue and profit growth while managing budgets effectively.
  • Monitor and adjust pricing strategies PPC campaigns and other financial levers to meet Net Sales CM1 CM2 and CM3 targets.
  • Team Leadership & Guidance:
  • Lead and mentor the Brand Associates and Operation Specialists ensuring alignment with the brand s goals.
  • Provide clear direction and support to the team to achieve high performance and brand success.
  • NPD Collaboration & Leadership:
  • Collaborate closely with the Product Developer to provide insights and guidance for successful NPD launches.
  • Inventory Management:
  • Oversee inventory pipelines working with the Operation Specialists to avoid stockouts and meet MAPE targets.
  • Manage inventory projections forecasting order placements and logistics to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Factory & Supplier Relationship Management:
  • Assist in managing relationships with factories and suppliers ensuring smooth order processes and timely deliveries.
  • Listing Maintenance & Creative Development:
  • Maintain and optimize product listings on the Amazon marketplace ensuring they remain competitive and compliant.
  • Help develop and implement listing creatives including copy images and A content to drive conversion and sales.
  • Performance Reporting:
  • Prepare and present monthly and biweekly performance reports to management highlighting key metrics challenges and opportunities.
  • Risk Management & Issue Resolution:
  • Ensure smooth brand operations by proactively identifying and addressing risks errors or anomalies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve any issues that arise ensuring the brand meets its financial and operational targets.
  • PPC Management:
  • Oversee PPC performance providing guidance and adjusting targets and criteria as needed to optimize campaigns.
  • Customer Service & Seller Support:
  • Oversee customer service interactions and seller support cases ensuring timely resolution and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

  • 5 years of eCommerce experience with at least 1 year of handson experience with the Amazon marketplace platform (Seller Central)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills a high level of organization and impeccable attention to detail
  • Ability to handle aggressive deadlines and prioritize work in a fastpaced often ambiguous environment with fire drills coming up on a neardaily basis
  • A highly analytical selfstarter who can manage multiple projects and figure out complex problems without a lot of oversight
  • Demonstrated ability to come up with creative ideas and think outside the box
  • Demonstrated ability to manage P&L with a track record of driving revenue and profitability.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience guiding and mentoring teams.
  • Proficient in inventory management forecasting and logistics.
  • Indepth knowledge of PPC strategies and Amazon listing optimization.


Job requirements: 2-5 years of eCommerce experience, with preferably at least 2 years of hands-on experience with the Amazon marketplace platform (Seller Central). Intermediate-level knowledge of Excel is preferred. Proven ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural team environment, demonstrating excellent collaboration skills across different time zones. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of organisation and strong attention to detail. Solutions-driven mindset, capable of researching and supporting key decisions for the brands you manage Understanding of a customer-centric approach and familiarity with Western buying habits is a plus.
