Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development of innovative media buying and planning strategies that align with client objectives.
Conduct indepth market research and analysis to identify optimal media buying opportunities.
Negotiate contracts and secure advantageous terms with media outlets.
Oversee the allocation of budgets across campaigns and platforms ensuring efficient use of resources.
Monitor evaluate and adjust media plans based on performance data and market trends.
Mentor junior media buyers and planners sharing knowledge and best practices.
Build and maintain strong relationships with media vendors agencies and clients.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Marketing Advertising Communications or related field.
5 years of experience in media buying and planning with a strong emphasis on digital media.
Exceptional negotiation analytical and strategic planning skills.
Advanced knowledge of analytics and tracking tools including Google Tag Manager (GTM) Google Analytics (GA) and other relevant platforms with proven expertise in setting up and managing these tools to optimize media buying strategies.
Comprehensive understanding of media metrics and the ability to apply analytics to improve campaign performance.
Leadership qualities and excellent communication abilities.
Proven ability to manage complex budgets and multifaceted media campaigns.
