Location: Harrisburg PA (17112)

Duration: 12 Months
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled L&I Product Specialist to provide desktop and enduser support for the Department of Labor & Industry. This role involves supporting approximately 4000 users primarily within the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation. The ideal candidate will have advanced proficiency in assistive technology excellent problemsolving skills and a strong customer focus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for assistive technology software and hardware.
- Manage incidents and changes via ServiceNow.
- Conduct hardware and software diagnostics and installations.
- Collaborate effectively with remote IT support teams.
- Maintain expert knowledge of MS Office products and workstation deployments.
Required Skills:
- 2 years of experience with assistive technology hardware and software.
- 4 years of desktop and enduser support experience.
- Proficiency with ServiceNow or asset management systems.
- Knowledge of imaging workstations using MDT and/or SCCM.
- Strong troubleshooting and problemsolving abilities.
