Location: Indianapolis IN 46204

Duration: 12 Months
Job Description:
We are looking for a detailoriented Intake Specialist to provide professional responses to public inquiries at the Commission. The ideal candidate will handle case control tasks and ensure efficient communication with potential complainants. This role demands strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality while interacting with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries and effectively interview potential complainants.
- Prepare investigative case files and manage documentation.
- Analyze and summarize information relevant to complaints.
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone and inperson interactions.
- Draft motions and assist in administrative tasks related to case processing.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Indiana and Federal Civil Rights Laws.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and typing accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to interpret and apply relevant laws and procedures.
