Job Description

  • Position: Business/QA Analyst
    Location: Atlanta GA (30334)
    Client: State of Georgia
    Duration: 12 Months
    Job Description:
    We are seeking a skilled Business/QA Analyst to join a dynamic mobile project team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business requirements documenting functional specifications and conducting thorough testing to ensure optimal application performance. This role requires collaboration with crossfunctional teams to enhance user experience across web and mobile platforms.
    Key Responsibilities:
    Identify and define business and technical requirements from diverse user input.
    Create and maintain product documentation including user stories and test cases.
    Conduct functional testing and monitor usability across various devices and browsers.
    Write SQL queries for data compilation and reporting.
    Provide help desk support and manage requirements traceability.
    Required Skills:
    7 years of experience as a Business/QA Analyst.
    Strong understanding of the SDLC processes.
    Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
    Detailoriented with strong anaalytical and problemsolving abilities.
    Proven track record of meeting project goals and client expectations.
