Title: Senior Technical Writer
Location: Hybrid 2 days in Springfield 3 days remote
Duration: 12 Months

Description:
5 years minimum experience with the following
- Familiarity with IT application stack (i.e. familiarity with the components that make an application and likely places where they reside)
- Prepare review revise and maintain technical documents specifically system recovery procedures operating procedures policies.
- Gather and analyze technical and product information from various sources to document product functionality and business continuity needs.
- Documentation skills with attention to details
- Experience in gathering business and IT requirements from multiple stakeholders including technical and business SMEs
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experienced with tools like MS Word MS PowerPoint Visio
- Knowledge of ServiceNows APM module will be a plus but not mandatory
