Job Description
Role: Scrum Master with Banking experience
Location: Pittsburgh PA (3 days a week onsite from Day 1) Only Locals
Job Type: Long Term Contract
Job Description:
- 7 years of experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and Project Management.
- Should have solid background in Banking domain.
- Should have handson experience in executing scrum ceremonies using Jira Confluence and other tools.
- Should be able to work with PO and Team to create backlog and estimations.
- Conduct Document and Monitor action items as part of Retrospective.
- Mentor and Coach team members on the Agile process.
- Should be providing the key project metrics to Client Management.
- Define Governance plan and track deliverables.
