Care Assistant Salaried Contract
Home Instead provides CQC rated outstanding care to locals in their own homes across Runnymede Windsor & West Spelthorne. We give highly personalised care supporting the independence happiness and health of our clients. - We are recruiting salaried contracted Care Assistants.
- Guaranteed earnings of up to 26k p/a with a fulltime contract.
- You will provide the highest standard of care in the UK we are the only CQC outstanding home care provider in our area.

- Our team are paid for our award winning and ongoing training also as well as all carefully matched client introductions.
Duties can include:
- Companionship as standard with one hour minimum visits with carefully matched Care Pros and clients. You will ensure that your clients enjoy regular and meaningful social interaction.
- Personal care supporting our clients with the essentials such as bathing showering dressing and grooming to keep them healthy and independent.
- Help with everyday tasks such as meal preparation and light housework.
- Accompanying to appointments shopping or attending social/community events
- Assisting your client with their medication
If you have experience as a Care Assistant Healthcare Assistant Support Worker or carer for a loved one we would love to hear from you!
Qualifications :
- Applicants must have consistent availability that meets with our salaried contract availability configurations (several available).
- Applicants must drive and have access to a car and be aged over 18.
- Applicants must have the right to live and work in the UK Please note we do not currently offer sponsorship.
